Optometric Aesthetics is a doctor-led company founded by Dr. Michael Chism, OD, that sells FDA-cleared medical aesthetic devices to licensed optometrists and eye care professionals. Our products include the iLight IPL Pro and iLight LLLT Pro, intended for use in professional clinical settings.

 

2. Eligibility

Our products and services are available exclusively to licensed eye care professionals and authorized business entities. By placing an inquiry, scheduling a demo, or purchasing a device, you represent that you are a licensed professional or authorized representative of a professional practice.

 

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest information from our website

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems

• Submit false or misleading information through any form or communication

5. Deposits and Purchases

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a device and lock in current pricing. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge:

• The deposit is non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Optometric Aesthetics

• Final payment is due upon delivery and completion of device training

• Device color preferences and configurations are accommodated based on availability

• Pricing is subject to change for orders placed after the deposit expiration period

 

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts to your provided payment method.

 

6. Financing

Financing options are available through our third-party partner, Reliant Capital. Financing approval, terms, and rates are determined solely by Reliant Capital and are subject to their terms and conditions. Optometric Aesthetics makes no representations or guarantees regarding financing approval or terms.

 

7. Training and Onboarding

Device training is included with every purchase and is required before final payment is collected. Training is scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time following deposit receipt. Optometric Aesthetics reserves the right to reschedule training in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

8. Referral Program

Optometric Aesthetics offers a referral program to qualified partners and customers. Referral rewards are issued following confirmed purchase and full payment by the referred party. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the stated reward.

 

9. Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Optometric Aesthetics related to your inquiry, purchase, or ongoing relationship with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
